Welcome to JustDrive. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the JustDrive mobile application, website, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. About JustDrive
JustDrive is a vehicle service platform in the Maldives that allows users to rent or purchase vehicles directly from our owned fleet. All vehicles listed are owned and managed by JustDrive.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid driving license
- Provide accurate and complete registration details
We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Account Registration
- Users must create an account to access certain features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility
4. Vehicle Rentals
4.1 Booking
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Prices are displayed clearly within the app
- Booking confirmation is required before use
4.2 Usage
- Vehicles must be used responsibly and legally
- You agree not to:
- Use the vehicle for illegal activities
- Sublease or transfer the vehicle
4.3 Responsibility
- The renter is responsible for:
- Any damage during the rental period
- Traffic violations and fines
- Returning the vehicle in agreed condition
5. Vehicle Purchases
- All vehicle sales are final unless stated otherwise
- Vehicle details and conditions are provided transparently
- Ownership transfer procedures must be completed as per Maldives law
6. Payments
- Payments must be made through approved methods
- JustDrive reserves the right to:
- Update pricing at any time
- Cancel bookings for failed or fraudulent payments
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on booking type
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time
- JustDrive may deduct applicable fees
8. Insurance & Liability
- Vehicles may be covered by basic insurance (if applicable)
- Users are responsible for:
- Excess/deductible amounts
- Damages not covered by insurance
JustDrive is not liable for:
- Personal injury due to misuse
- Loss of personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential damages
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Provide false information
- Misuse vehicles or services
Violation may result in:
- Account suspension
- Legal action
10. Service Availability
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
11. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data only as necessary to provide services.
12. Termination
JustDrive reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Cancel bookings
- Restrict access without prior notice in case of violations
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
